REO Management 

The Bigelow Group has serviced many REO PROPERTIES within the Mid-Michigan Area. 

We are up to date with technology, systems, timing, problem solving, marketing, negotiating techniques, and the real estate market. We have many lead generating websites, to get your properties SOLD. 

We have relationships with many Multi Listing Services. Every REO property we service will be in at least 3 to 5 different MLS providers. The reason we do this is because statistics show that over 60% of the buyers will come from the MLS directly. 

We have all the licensed professionals, staff, & contacts to complete the necessary tasks that are needed to successfully prepare, market, sell, and close REO property.

We try to treat every REO like it was OUR property.
